Gracedale Demolitions
Gracedale Demolitions specialises in a number of areas. This includes home demolition, strip outs, flooring/tile pull up, concrete pullup/slab removal, commercial/office strip outs and other structure removals.
Relationships
We have connections to a number of trades including plumbers, electricians and other associated trades. We also work closely with engineers and building surveyors to ensure a smooth, stress free demolition process.
Experience
Stephen has over 40 years’ experience in business and in the building industry, covering a broad range of domestic and commercial projects. He is an accredited Green Living Builder with a genuine passion for people and the environment.
Accountability
Stephen is a registered builder with the VBA and has obtained his Domestic Building Unlimited and Commercial Building limited licenses. Stephen has also obtained his demolition license. Additionally he is a registered Green living builder which reflects his commitment to sustainability and the environment. Gracedale Demolitions has membership with a number of associations including the MBA, HIA and RIA.
